This position is a vital part of our operations, ensuring that job information, customer coding, rates, and invoicing are managed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for customer rate inquiries and will play a key role in maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain daily job information.
• Obtain and verify customer coding and billing requirements.
• Review, prepare, and process customer invoices.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer rate inquiries and discrepancies.
• Research and resolve billing and rate-related issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure all customer and job-related information is complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Identify and address discrepancies while maintaining quality control standards.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service through clear and effective communication.
