Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class 3 & 1 vacuum truck in ‘on & off-road’ environments
• Maintain and operate equipment to the highest standards to ensure equipment is always functioning at its greatest performance and reliability
• Follow all safety protocols, including the use of PPE, and completing all safety orientations and training to ensure a safe work environment.
• Perform Pre & Post trip vehicle inspections
• Complete all necessary paperwork including invoicing, time sheets, ELD’s, & JSA’s
• Effectively communicate with customers onsite
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Successfully complete a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol screening.
• Collaborate with all staff and customers to ensure every job is completed successfully.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s licence with a clean abstract
• H2S, First Aid and Confined Space certification will be required.
• Previous experience in operating a Vacuum truck or similar role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and trouble shooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekend and holidays if needed.
